Choi Kwang Do classes in Teddington

Before you book, here's what training in Teddington looks like — the style we teach, what students gain from it and when classes run.

The style

How we train in Teddington

Mu-Sa classes take a science-based approach to Choi Kwang Do, with close attention to posture, breathing and natural body mechanics so students develop real power without punishing their joints. Wednesday evenings run as two focused sessions — juniors first, then teens and adults — keeping group sizes small so every student gets individual coaching. Training combines pad work, patterns and self-defence drills, with an emphasis on steady, visible progress week by week.

The benefits
  • Small-group coaching with individual feedback in every session
  • Power and fitness built on joint-friendly, science-based movement
  • Better posture, breathing and body awareness for everyday life
  • Courage and self-belief that grow through clear, achievable goals
  • A welcoming first step — no experience, fitness level or uniform needed
